It's been a while since I've posted anything, seems the last month has flown with working out, working 12 hour night shifts, and sleeping seeming to take up every available minute. Have some free time today due to a tragedy in our lives! My great-uncle Kenny died last week in Nebraska, we just arrived home from the funeral. Drove 2700+ miles in 4 days to get there for the celebration of his life and the impact it made on all of our lives. He is the inspiration for my ride across America. It weighed heavily on my heart to see this great man throttled by his lung disease. I now have a new resolve to train hard and complete every f"in mile of the ride in honor of Kenny!
